AIR FRYER CHICKEN NUGGETS
Here we have two ways using Italian bread crumbs for some and Panko for the others. This recipe is so simple that’s why I like the air fryer so much.
INGREDIENTS
Boneless skinless chicken thighs: 6 to 8
Whole eggs: 2
Panko / Italian bread crumbs: preference
Seasoning: preference (I used kosher salt)
WHAT TO DO
Prepare the chicken by cutting into chunks. Beat the eggs in one container and poor the crumbs into another. Dip the meat into the egg and then roll it into the crumbs until the meat is completely covered. Preheat the air fryer @360º then place the battered meat into the air fryer for 20-minutes.
