Flexibility is defined as the quality of bending easily without breaking, easily modified and possessing a willingness to change or compromise. When you think of flexibility, stretching is the first thing that comes to mind, but I believe that it runs so much deeper than that. When I think of flexibility I hear the wisdom of the great Bruce Lee when he said, “be water my friend”. To me that is the very essence of flexibility.
