First Let’s Define Dynamic Mobility
1: Dynamic
2: Mobility
The ability to move or be moved freely and easily.
The Future Of Fitness
When you combine these two definitions you get the ability to move freely utilizing a force that stimulates change within a system or process. Now picture that system or process is your life and life, as we know, is forever changing. When you take all of this into consideration what you really gain is the ability to adapt. Darwin says, “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.” If we are to take these words to heart, then are ability to survive can be enhanced greatly by dynamic mobility training both mentally and physically.
Mental & Physical Dynamic Mobility
We can apply our concept of dynamic mobility to the mental and physical capabilities of human beings. These two categories have a symbiotic relationship making both crucial for lasting prosperity and survival. Our mental dynamic mobility will contribute to our ability to manage stress and maintain concentration while our physical dynamic mobility will aid in our proficiency with physical readiness. In other words; we won’t crack under pressure and those 25 flights of stairs we had to take because the elevator was out, was no problem at all. When training we recommend adding in movements that will challenge you both physically and mentally. To offer an example we are including this dynamic movement that will challenge you both physically: quads, hamstrings and glutes – and mentally: coordination and cognitive stamina.
