The DMT or Dynamic Mobility Training times two offers one upper body workout and one lower body workout each week for four weeks, then it resets. Weeks one and three will be the same routine and weeks two and four will be the same routine. This allows you a level of familiarity which will enable you to go harder your second time around. All programs are month to month, cancel anytime or move to another one of our amazing fitness products.
